As the daughter of Bruce Mayer and the granddaughter of Wilbert Mayer, I grew up seeing firsthand what it takes to build a reputation for excellence in the manufacturing industry. To my father and grandfather, JEFCO wasn't just a machine shop—it was a commitment to our customers, our employees, and the community of Loves Park.
Today, as I lead this company alongside my family, that commitment remains our North Star. While we are proud of our deep roots in traditional Brown & Sharpe automatic screw machining, we are equally excited about the future. Under the leadership of the next generation, we are aggressively investing in the latest technology—including CNC Lathes and Swiss CNC machining—to ensure we provide the precision and versatility our global clients demand.
